Job Description:
Job Posting: Medical Officer
Location: Andhra Pradesh, India

Job Purpose: Medical Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Surveillance: Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical checkups for employees and contract workers.
- External Services: Organize occupational health workshops and industrial hygiene studies for other industries and organizations.
- Industrial Hygiene Activities: Supervise industrial hygiene programs at Kuppam Works and other Hindalco locations.
- Training & Health Education: Provide first aid training to employees, conduct awareness programs on occupational medicine, safety, and hygiene, and collaborate with nursing and medical students.
- Occupational Health Programs: Implement disease prevention initiatives, such as diabetes and hypertension control, hearing conservation, and HIV/AIDS awareness programs.
- Curative Services: Deliver medical assistance to employees and ensure proper tie-ups with reputed hospitals for efficient treatment.
Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine
Minimum Experience Level: 4-10 Years
