Job Description
This medical officer job involves providing, arranging, and coordinating comprehensive medical services, including preventive, promotive, curative, and emergency care for RIL group company employees in the designated zone/state. The role includes offering routine and emergency treatment for employees and their family members at office locations through in-person and virtual consultations. The Medical Officer will manage the Medical Centre independently, implement emergency and disaster management processes, and support wellness initiatives aligned with corporate protocols. Qualifications
- More than 5+ years – 10 years+ experience.
- Prior experience in Liaisoning and Coordination for multiple office locations.
- MBBS.
- Experience of working in corporate offices/hospitals/offshore installations.
- Emergency training Post graduate/Diploma degree/AFIH.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing/arranging and coordinating comprehensive medical services (Preventive, promotive, curative, and emergency) to RIL group company employees in the designated zone/state.
- Provide routine/emergency treatment for employees and family members in the office location, in-person and virtual, for employees in the zone/state.
- Implement Emergency & Disaster Management processes, standards & procedures as per protocol.
- Manage the Medical Centre independently.
- Liaising with the Hospitals, Ambulance & other EMS providers in the designated zone/state & support Corporate medical team to build liaison with hospitals and medical practitioners, as required.
- Implement uniform emergency management protocols in the designated zone.
- Support the corporate medical team to develop medical infrastructure and implement Wellness initiatives at the respective location as per protocol.
- Implementation of structured monthly health programs.
- Review and conduct Pre-employment and other health check activities.
- Ensure budgetary requirements are adequately captured in the overall medical budget.
- Plan and conduct First aid training and other training for employees of the state/zone.
- Implement OH services like Ergonomics and IAQ in designated zone/state locations.
- As needed, support ISL/IPL and other events.
Reports
- Prepare Daily, weekly & monthly reports.
- Conduct internal audits.
Interaction with State Leaders
- Participate in the State Leadership Team and Meetings.
- Responsible for all medical/health concerns and issues of key business leaders.
