Job Description:
The RMO will assist in the management of patients and provide back-up support to the consultants. This role involves ensuring the highest standards of patient care and maintaining comprehensive medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete a brief admission history of each patient when appropriate and document it.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care for all patients attending/admitted to the hospital.
- Attend ward rounds with the consulting doctor, as required, and follow the advice.
- Inform admitting Consultants of changes in the medical conditions of patients & action taken.
- Follow the instructions of consultants for their specific regime for each patient.
- Visit patients as required at the request of the nursing staff.
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and concise medical records for patients.
- Participate in compulsory hospital-based training, i.e., Fire, BLS/ACLS.
Eligibility Criteria for the Medical Officer Job:
- Qualification: MBBS
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

- Confident in dealing with clinical emergencies on behalf of admitting consultants.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and computer skills.
