Desirable Qualification for the Medical Research Job:
Demonstrated ability to independently design studies, analyze data, and write manuscripts for peer-reviewed publication. Experience in medical/health professions education research, curriculum innovation, or application of novel teaching-learning and assessment methodologies. Minimum of three published papers in peer-reviewed journals, demonstrating independent contribution to manuscript writing (as first/corresponding author preferred). Excellent communication skills with experience in reviewing medical/health professions education content, learning modules, curricula, and study materials for academic quality, accuracy, and educational relevance. Familiarity with qualitative/mixed methods research and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, NVivo).
