Job Description:
The Indian Institute of Science is inviting applications for Scientist C and Scientist D positions at the Regional Resource Centre (RRC) for Health Technology Assessment. Selected candidates will support and execute ongoing and new RRC programs, provide leadership in research and development studies, manage Health Technology Assessment projects, and contribute to official reports. The positions also involve conducting workshops, seminars, and meetings and coordinating RRC activities as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and execute RRC programs and projects.
- Manage scientific and technical aspects of Health Technology Assessment projects.
- Invite applications for HTA studies from various institutions.
- Prepare proposals for the Technical Appraisal Committee.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and meetings.
- Draft official reports and event summaries.
- Coordinate RRC activities as assigned.
- Support research and development studies.
- Perform other duties assigned by the RRC.
Eligibility Criteria for these Medical Research Scientist Jobs:
For Scientist D:
- Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS/DNB/MPH) after MBBS with 6 years of research experience.
- MBBS with 8 years of experience or Post Graduate Diploma in medical subjects with 5 years of experience.
- PhD in relevant fields with 5 years of experience plus 2 years in managing R&D projects.
For Scientist C:
- MBBS with 6 years of experience or Post Graduate Diploma with 5 years of experience.
- Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS/DNB/MPH) after MBBS with 4 years of research experience.
