Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Medical Science Liaison – Diabetes Care at Bayer, your primary and secondary activities will include:
Primary Activities:
- Exchange and disseminate scientific, educational, and research-related information to healthcare professionals.
- Interact with medical societies and participate in advisory boards.
- Active participation and networking at relevant Congresses and Conventions.
- Coordinate Scientific Education Activities for healthcare providers.
- Identification, profiling, segmentation, strategy development, and engagement planning for key opinion leaders (TLs).
- Preparation of comprehensive reports and meticulous tracking of all activities.
Secondary Activities:
- Providing external scientific support, training, and education to healthcare professionals.
Who are you
- Qualification in natural sciences or a Medical background (MD/MBBS/BAMS/BDS/MDS).
- Basic knowledge of the concerned therapy area (Diabetes Care) and related molecules.
- Basic understanding of clinical trials, their design, and rationale.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and to build productive work relationships both internally and externally.
- Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills.
