Job Purpose:
To ensure best-in-class Relationships for Haleon with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) across relevant specialties. MSL (RMA) will engage with scientific and HCPs/medical experts for non-promotional discussions. They will provide insights, knowledge, and training to internal stakeholders to support development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating strategies and plans focusing on aligning Medical Affairs with core business requirements for India Cx.
- Educating key stakeholders and business partners on product science and India-specific usage and practices.
- Supporting Line Managers & HRGs in query/issues processes and resolution.
- Partner Collaboration with associations for Guidelines creation & dissemination.
- Representation in local events (CMEs, TOT, Advisory Boards).
- Generating insights from routine interactions & HCP surveys.
- Developing a strong network of KOLs and supporting clinical trials.
Basic Qualifications:
- MBBS/BDS/Post Graduation
- 1+ years of experience
- Strong Interpersonal & Analytical skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint tools
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
