Qualifications:
- Education: MD strongly preferred
- Experience: Minimum two years of experience in clinical practice, Medical Affairs, R&D, or related pharmaceutical roles.
- Language Skills: Fluent English and Spanish with the ability to present complex scientific data and handle Q&A sessions in both languages.
- Scientific Communication: Proven record of delivering high-impact presentations or contributing to scientific publications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work in a KPI-driven CRM environment.
- Relationship & Analytical Skills: Ability to build multidisciplinary networks and convert interactions into strategic medical insights.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel approximately 60% nationally, including overnight travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scientific Engagement & Education: Deliver balanced, evidence-based discussions and tailored education to cardiologists, endocrinologists, internists, and payer influencers.
- KOL Relationship Management: Map, prioritize, and sustain trust-based partnerships with scientific and clinical experts to strengthen scientific collaboration.
- Insight Generation: Capture unmet needs and therapeutic trends while translating findings into reports that support medical plans, evidence generation, and launch strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide compliant scientific support to Access, Commercial, Regulatory, Marketing, and Compliance teams in a non-promotional manner.
- Compliance Leadership: Maintain Lilly’s zero-tolerance ethics culture while ensuring all activities meet local and global regulatory standards.
