Medical Science Liaison Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute field activities related to strictly scientific information on the therapeutic area of responsibility.
- Provide healthcare professionals with information on clinical studies and discuss treatment guidelines.
- Relate scientific activities to the company’s strategic objectives.
- Support healthcare professionals with issues related to the diagnostic and management journey of patients with hemophilia.
- Collaborate in speaker training and gather insights from healthcare professionals.
- Maintain knowledge of Ethics and Integrity principles and comply with regulations.
- Establish robust relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
- Work with Sanofi’s Diagnostic coordinator to resolve queries and enable diagnostic pre-work.
Education and Experience for Medical Science Liaison Job
- Qualifications: Advanced degree in a technical, scientific, or medical field with 2-4 years of experience. Knowledge of Hematology/Hemophilia preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Scientific Advisor (MSL) in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Soft Skills: Effective communication, proactivity, strategic planning, and teamwork.
- Technical Skills: Development and implementation of engagement plans, knowledge of scientific methodology.
- Languages: Advanced English skills.
