Job Description:
Bayer is inviting applications for the position of Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in its Pharmaceuticals Division. This Medical Science Liaison Job offers medical professionals the opportunity to engage with healthcare experts, provide scientific support, facilitate medical education, and strengthen collaborations within key therapeutic areas including Chronic Kidney Disease, Diabetes, and Oncology.
The selected candidate will serve as a scientific expert, supporting medical affairs activities while building trusted relationships with Thought Leaders (TLs), medical societies, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Scientific Exchange & Medical Communication
- Engage proactively and reactively with Thought Leaders (Doctors).
- Disseminate scientific, educational, and clinical research information.
- Explain study protocols, published literature, and medical evidence.
- Respond to scientific queries in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Medical Affairs Activities
- Support interactions with medical societies.
- Organize and participate in advisory board meetings.
- Provide scientific responses related to Bayer products.
- Assist in external scientific education initiatives.
Congresses & Scientific Meetings
- Attend national and regional scientific conferences.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Gather medical insights and competitive intelligence.

Medical Education

Essential Qualification
