Job Description:
The Medical Superintendent Job involves overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high standards of patient care at Sukino Continuum Care. The Medical Superintendent will manage admission and discharge processes, review treatment plans, and ensure appropriate documentation and regulatory compliance. The role also includes mentoring clinical staff, supporting training programs, and contributing to the development of care pathways for chronic and post-acute conditions.
