The Position:
Roche is continuously expanding and looking for new talents to join its transforming Roche Services & Solutions Center. The Global Digital Hub aims to strengthen Roche’s digital capabilities globally through various initiatives, including content creation and digital publishing services.
As a member of the Global Digital Hub Team, the Senior Medical Writer will support the medical writing team in developing content solutions for business partners across various therapeutic areas. This role involves creating high-quality content for medical communications and mentoring junior writers within the team.
The Opportunity:
- Apply broad knowledge of medical writing for the pharmaceutical industry while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across various therapeutic areas, ensuring timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and Roche best practices in content creation.
- Monitor tasks and manage workload proactively.
- Provide mentorship and technical coaching to other medical writers in the team.
- Act as a subject matter expert in pharmaceutical and medical communications.
