Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Medicine or related fields
  • CRO and relevant therapeutic experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Syneos Health is hiring for a Project Manager job (Vaccine Study), QLD, Australia. This medicine job involves managing interdisciplinary clinical research studies while ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), relevant SOPs, and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager acts as the primary liaison between Syneos Health and the customer, ensuring timely study launch, conduct, and closeout in line with contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage interdisciplinary clinical research studies
  • Ensure compliance with GCP, relevant SOPs, and regulatory requirements
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Company and the Customer
  • Lead project teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budget management
  • Accountable for the financial performance of assigned projects
  • Coordinate activities and deliverables of all study conduct partners
  • Ensure quality and completeness of the TMF
  • Maintain study information across multiple databases and systems
  • Support inspection readiness and implementation of project plans
  • Plan, coordinate, and present at internal and external meetings
  • Develop contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies
  • Build strong client relationships to support future business growth
  • Participate in bid defense meetings as a potential Project Manager
  • Line manage project management team members and clinical monitoring staff when required
