Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Medicine or related fields
- CRO and relevant therapeutic experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

The Project Manager acts as the primary liaison between Syneos Health and the customer, ensuring timely study launch, conduct, and closeout in line with contractual agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage interdisciplinary clinical research studies
- Ensure compliance with GCP, relevant SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Act as the primary liaison between the Company and the Customer
- Lead project teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budget management
- Accountable for the financial performance of assigned projects
- Coordinate activities and deliverables of all study conduct partners
- Ensure quality and completeness of the TMF
- Maintain study information across multiple databases and systems
- Support inspection readiness and implementation of project plans
- Plan, coordinate, and present at internal and external meetings
- Develop contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies
- Build strong client relationships to support future business growth
- Participate in bid defense meetings as a potential Project Manager
- Line manage project management team members and clinical monitoring staff when required
