Key Responsibilities of this Non-Clinical Job:

  • Oversee day-to-day Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) operations in this Non-Clinical Job in Chennai
  • Coordinate workflow and manage CDI team performance
  • Conduct chart audits, KPI audits, and quality reviews
  • Train and mentor CDI staff and new hires
  • Identify gaps in clinical documentation and ensure accurate coding at Optum Careers
  • Communicate with healthcare providers for documentation clarification
  • Ensure timely review of inpatient medical records (within 24–48 hours)
  • Collaborate with coding professionals for discrepancy resolution

Educational Requirements for this Job:

  • MBBS (Indian or Foreign Medical Graduate)
