Job Description:
The Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for handling region-wise dental and clinical technical queries from customers, partners, or internal teams. This role involves providing accurate and professional clinical guidance over calls and other communication channels. The expert will manage inbound and outbound calling processes related to customer queries and support, ensuring high customer satisfaction through empathetic and solution-oriented assistance. Staying updated with dental products, procedures, and regional requirements is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities of a Subject Matter Expert:
- Handle region-wise dental/clinical technical queries from customers, partners, or internal teams.
- Provide accurate, clear, and professional clinical guidance over calls and other communication channels.
- Manage inbound and outbound calling processes related to customer queries and support.
- Understand customer concerns and resolve queries efficiently within defined TAT.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Planning, etc.) for complex query resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of calls, queries, and resolutions in CRM/system tools.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic and solution-oriented support.
- Stay updated with dental products, procedures, and regional requirements while following SOPs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria for the Non-Clinical Jobs:
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a BDS qualification with 1–2 years of relevant experience in the dental field.
