Job Summary of Occupational Doctor Job Jabil
Responsible for leading all medical unit and occupational Health activities, controls and standards. Manages a cross function health and wellness team at a single site or multiple near proximity sites and is responsible for the provision of Global Health services including Occupational Medicine, Wellness & Health Promotion programs and Employee Assistance programs. Directly supervises Occupational Health Physicians and Nurses.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Accountable for successful implementation of all Global Health Services (GHS): EAP, Wellness & Occupational Health.
- Provides clinical healthcare services including medical care for Injuries & illnesses, Case Management of Occupational Injuries and Illness, Medical Surveillance examination and general health education and coaching.
- Responsible for compliance associated with occupational health at the locations they support including, compliance with applicable local regulations and recordkeeping.
- Continuously monitors all aspects of site GHS performance.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.
Job Qualifications for Occupational Doctor Job Jabil
Management & Supervisory Responsibilities
- Knowledge Requirements: Proven leadership, senior knowledge of occupational health at industrial level companies, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, English proficiency at intermediate-advanced level.
- Education & Experience Requirements: Must hold current doctor license, Medical College degree or above, 3 or more years of experience as a Company clinic doctor or as an occupational doctor.
