Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the on-site medical center to ensure readiness for emergencies and routine healthcare services.
- Ensure the medical facility is properly equipped and staffed to deliver quality medical care.
- Develop and implement employee health and wellness programs to improve overall well-being and reduce absenteeism.
- Conduct regular health check-ups for employees and contractors.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
- Provide immediate medical treatment and first aid during workplace injuries and emergencies in this Occupational Health Job in Chhattisgarh.

Educational Requirements for the Occupational Health Job:
