- Provides direct patient care as a consultant in outpatient clinics and/or inpatient wards at the VA Medical Center in Buffalo, NY.
- Participates in Radiation Oncology Service strategic planning and regular peer review activities.
- Must be alert to patient’s condition and provide compassionate treatment following the latest standard of care within oncology.
- Follows HIPAA guidelines and safety practices and maintains accurate patient records.
Qualifications for Oncology Physician Job at CVP
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Board Certification in Oncology with in-depth knowledge of modern oncology practices.
- Experience in quality assurance, data collection, and analysis to enhance patient care.
