Orthodontics Jobs—Role:
The Clinical Specialist—Spark India will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact clinical training programs, providing treatment planning support, and driving clinical excellence among Spark aligner users across India.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Training & Education
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new Spark providers covering product features, workflow, and case selection.
- Deliver advanced training for experienced users on biomechanics, case refinement, and Spark Approver.
- Train dental teams on aligner protocols, patient care, and digital tools.
2. Program Development & Oversight
- Develop and implement localized clinical training materials and best-practice protocols.
- Monitor training outcomes and refine programs based on feedback and performance data.
- Facilitate and track case reviews, refinements, and clinician engagement metrics.
3. Treatment Planning & Clinical Support
- Guide orthodontists through case setup, staging, and sequencing via Spark Approver.

Collaborate with global clinical teams to resolve complex cases and improve treatment outcomes.
4. Case Monitoring & Best Practices
- Track clinical outcomes and identify trends or recurring issues.
- Share best practices through workshops, webinars, and internal reports.
5. KOL Development & Doctor Engagement
- Support Key Opinion Leader (KOL) initiatives through educational events and clinical mentorship.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to produce clinical content and promote Spark expertise.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align with commercial and sales teams on case acquisition and clinical conversion goals.
- Provide feedback for product improvements and clinical marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: MDS in Orthodontics (mandatory)
- Experience: 3–5 years of clinical experience in orthodontics or aligner therapy
- Preferred: Experience in clinical training, education, or digital orthodontics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in digital tools and aligner platforms
- Passion for clinician education and patient care excellence
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
