Job Title: Medical Science Liaison – Internal Medicine & Vaccines

Location: Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines

Main Activities and Responsibilities

Engagements with External Experts:

• Develop understanding of regional and national thought-leaders.
• Interact with healthcare organizations, professionals, and investigators.

Knowledge Acquisition:

• Collect medical insights from field interactions.
• Attend scientific meetings and provide insights relevant to the area.

Knowledge Translation:

• Present scientific information on Pfizer products to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for medical education events.

Clinical Research:

• Develop understanding of clinical trials within the KOL and institution.
• Facilitate submission of research proposals and publications.

Non-Promotional Scientific Information:

• Engage in activities conducive to scientific exchange.
• Provide scientific background for formulary decisions and treatment guidelines.

Competency and Development:

• Commit to ongoing learning and development in the assigned therapeutic area.

Medical Governance:

• Maintain knowledge of Medical Governance framework and guidelines.
• Ensure all activities are compliant with medical governance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Health Science Bachelor’s Degree, Medical Degree, Pharmacy Degree, or relevant qualifications required.
• Field-based position with significant travel requirements.
• Knowledge of clinical research methodology and solid scientific judgment.
