Job Description:

Qualifications:
- MBBS or MD
- Experience in pharmacovigilance and drug safety surveillance
- Relevant experience: 7 – 11 years
- Desirable Experience: 10 – 12 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform medical review and safety assessment of adverse events
- Assess seriousness, causality, and labeling of reported adverse events
- Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations and client SOPs
- Manage case identification and safety data entry in pharmacovigilance databases
- Perform MedDRA coding and safety case processing
- Handle ICSR submissions and follow-ups
- Monitor drug safety data from clinical trials and post-marketing surveillance
- Ensure timely and accurate pharmacovigilance reporting
- Manage and supervise medium to large pharmacovigilance teams
- Maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance in drug safety processes
- Identify and assess complex pharmacovigilance problems related to safety data
- Develop solutions through in-depth analysis of multiple factors
- Follow strategic direction set by senior management
