This Physician Job involves performing medical assessments of individual case safety reports (ICSR) within the organization’s safety database system. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure accurate evaluations for patient safety. Physicians will work with vendors on case management and medical assessments and interface with medical safety teams on pharmacovigilance activities across both clinical development and post-marketing phases. Key Responsibilities
- Perform medical assessments of individual case safety reports (ICSR) within the organization’s safety database system
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate case evaluations for patient safety
- Work with vendors on case management and medical assessments to maintain ICSR quality
- Interface with medical safety teams on pharmacovigilance activities in clinical development and post-marketing
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations of serious and non-serious cases
