Physician Job Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- Active state medical license(s)
- Federal DEA license aligned with state practice
- State Narcotic/Controlled Substance registration, where applicable
- Current board certification (ABMS, AMA, or AOA)
- CPR certification (BLS or ACLS with hands-on evaluation, AHA-compliant)
- Minimum 3 years of post-residency clinical experience
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, or occupational health

As a full-time physician at Premise Health, you will provide comprehensive care to client employees and their dependents, focusing on preventive, episodic, and acute medical services in a supportive, well-resourced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide preventive, acute, and episodic healthcare services
- Conduct medical histories, physical examinations, and treatment planning
- Prescribe medications and manage ongoing care using best-practice standards
- Deliver occupational health services, including return-to-work exams and medical monitoring
- Identify and manage emergencies within the scope of practice
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Participate in health center planning and wellness initiatives
