As a Family Physician, you will work with patients, partner doctors, and internal care teams to help individuals achieve meaningful health improvements, including diabetes reversal.
Your role will focus on guiding patients throughout their health journey, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care aligned with Twin Health’s innovative clinical model.
Physician Job – Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end patient care to support patients in reaching their health goals.
- Consult new patients on the platform, explain the Twin program, review medical records, and discuss health goals.
- Supervise and motivate patients to achieve outcomes such as diabetes reversal.
- Encourage patients to follow program guidelines and meet nutritional requirements.
- Retain patients by providing continuous support and guidance.
- Own patient outcomes for your assigned patient group.
- Communicate clearly with partner doctors and patients.
- Manage patients under the supervision of senior and partner doctors.
- Support senior clinicians in delivering strong clinical outcomes.
- Handle patient escalations promptly to ensure maximum safety.
- Follow all Twin Health clinical protocols and guidelines.
- Build expertise in metabolic disease reversal and company products.
- Work collaboratively with coaches, operations teams, and doctors.
- Be available across morning, evening, and night shifts as required.
