Job Description:
The Regional Medical Advisor job at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories involves serving as the primary scientific liaison to thought leaders and physicians in a designated therapy area. The role focuses on identifying, mapping, and profiling key opinion leaders while engaging them through various medical affairs activities aligned with the strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage identified thought leaders through medical affairs activities.
- Execute the strategic medical affairs plan, including medical education and advisory boards.
- Discuss scientific data with leading specialists and healthcare professionals.
- Gather insights on disease trends and treatment patterns.
- Represent the organization at internal and external scientific platforms.
- Ensure compliance with Dr. Reddy’s Code of Business Ethics.
- Develop training plans for sales and marketing teams.
- Identify knowledge gaps and develop strategic medical action plans.
Eligibility Criteria for the Regional Medical Advisor Job:
- Educational Qualification: MBBS with a full-time post-graduate qualification of at least 2 years in any discipline of medicine or MBBS with an MBA from a reputed institute.
- Minimum Work Experience: Fresh postgraduates or up to 2 years of experience in field-based medical affairs.
