Job Description:
The Program Manager, Medical Communications and Content Solutions will be part of Pfizer’s Global Medical Communications and Content Solutions (MCCS) team. The role involves end-to-end development and review of global medical content for assigned therapeutic areas, including abstracts, manuscripts, congress posters, and other external-facing materials. The position requires independent writing and research, quality review, stakeholder collaboration, project management, and adherence to internal compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review medical affairs content across various formats for assigned therapeutic areas.
- Conduct independent writing and development of drafts, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Review drafts for quality and compliance with internal guidelines.
- Train team members to uphold quality standards in medical communications.
- Serve as a functional expert, supporting junior team members in communication requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide solutions for content development projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to compliance requirements.
- Track project progress and resolve issues with guidance from senior management.
Eligibility Criteria for this Remote Medical Job:
- Advanced scientific degree (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MBBS/MD).
- 5+ years of experience in developing medical content in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven ability to lead projects from inception to completion.
