Main Responsibilities:
Strategy:
- Utilize strong business acumen, acting as a key strategic partner
- Lead creation and implementation of medical plan
- Drive collaborative relationships with colleagues
- Initiate projects to raise standards of care
- Champion the patient voice in medical strategies
External Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategy
- Lead collaborations with professional societies
- Maintain relationships with external experts
People Leadership:
- Drive collaborative relationships with teams
- Demonstrate leadership by coaching team members
Data Generation:
- Lead and drive evidence planning and execution
- Coordinate study proposals with relevant functions
Medical Operations:
- Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials
- Provide medical guidance to internal stakeholders
- Ensure medical compliance with global policies
About you
Education/Experience/Certification:
- Doctorate level education: MD or equivalent medical degree preferred
- 1-3 years of industry experience, preferably in Diabetes field
- Success in project management and mentoring
- Excellent communication skills
