Description of Scientific Affairs Job Johnson & Johnson:
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive professional education strategies for healthcare professionals.
- Review scientific presentations of healthcare professionals speaking on J&J products.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and academic institutions.
- Handle medical grievances and manage budget allocation for professional education initiatives.
- Assess educational needs of HCPs and oversee training activities at the designated Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Create engaging educational materials and stay up to date with clinical advancements in ophthalmology.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and ensure logistical aspects of training are efficiently handled.
- Proficient in educational technologies and learning management systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (With Specialization in Ophthalmology).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience, 5-10 years of surgical ophthalmology with experience of cataract and refractive surgery. Healthcare industry experience will be an advantage.
