Job Summary
We are seeking a Scientist to join our research team. This role involves designing and conducting research, data analysis, scientific writing, and presenting findings. The ideal candidate will lead research initiatives in molecular biology and clinical trials, driving innovation in healthcare research.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute research studies in molecular biology and clinical pharmacology.
- Perform advanced molecular biology techniques, including PCR, RT-PCR, Gel Documentation, and other lab-based assays.
- Analyze research data and compile findings into high-impact publications.
- Prepare scientific manuscripts, research reports, and grant proposals with minimal supervision.
- Present research findings at scientific conferences and internal meetings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance translational research.
Required Qualifications:
- PhD/Postdoctoral degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field
- OR MBBS/BDS with demonstrated expertise in scientific writing
Skills & Expertise:
- Hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques (PCR, RT-PCR, Gel Documentation, etc.)
- Proven track record of 5–10 Scopus-indexed publications in high-impact journals
- Strong scientific and grant writing skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, and research presentations
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Required Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in academic, industrial, or clinical research as a Scientist, Project Scientist, or equivalent role.
Salary
