Scientist Jobs In Bangalore- Role:

The Project Research Scientist I (Medical) will work on the ICMR Improving Glycemic Control Study Project, which focuses on designing and implementing innovative healthcare delivery models for diabetes management in primary care settings. The role involves both field and office-based responsibilitiesโ€”ranging from conducting formative research and training programs to supervising program teams and ensuring data quality and timely reporting.

MBBS Jobs- Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training modules at facility and community levels.
  • Coordinate administrative, research, and training activities across sites.
  • Conduct formative research including gap analyses, focus group discussions, and facility audits.
  • Supervise program staff and ensure smooth execution of project timelines.
  • Facilitate data collection, data cleaning, and preliminary analysis.
  • Establish networks with government agencies, NGOs, and local communities to strengthen project delivery.

Research Jobs- Preferred Qualifications

  • MD in Community Medicine or General Medicine / MBBS with relevant research experience.
  • Proficiency in English, Kannada, Hindi, and Tamil.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Experience in public health research is preferred.
  • Age Limit: 35 years.
