Job Description:
The Medical Science Liaison will play a crucial role in field-based Medical Affairs, engaging with healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other external stakeholders. The selected candidate will provide balanced scientific information, support medical education initiatives, and maintain strong knowledge of the vaccine therapeutic area. Approximately 80% of the role will focus on field activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain advanced knowledge of diseases, vaccines, therapies, products, clinical studies, and scientific literature.
- Engage healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders in peer-to-peer scientific discussions.
- Provide field-based medical and scientific information to physicians and external stakeholders.
- Deliver balanced, fair, and non-promotional scientific presentations.
- Stay updated on ongoing and completed clinical studies and competitive product information.
- Plan and execute medical education activities aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs.
- Attend medical congresses, conventions, symposia, poster sessions, and scientific presentations.
Eligibility Criteria for this MSL Job:
Minimum Qualification: Candidates should have one of the following:
- MBBS
- MD
- Other relevant medical or life sciences qualifications
Preferred Qualifications: The following qualifications are preferred:
- MBBS/MD recognized by the Medical Council of India
- Medical Postgraduate Degree (MD)
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D)
