- Consolidated Salary: ₹1,50,000 per month
- Contract Duration: Initially for 06 months, potentially renewable for another 06 months.
Job Description:
The Senior Consultant will be responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of the Tele MANAS cell, providing specialist audio/video consultations, assisting users, developing service delivery modules, and conducting high-quality scientific research in tele mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall functioning of the Tele MANAS cell.
- Provide specialist audio/video consultations.
- Assist persons with mental illness (PWMI) and other users of Tele MANAS.
- Develop curated modules and manuals for service delivery in the Government Job.
- Supervise the Mental Health Professionals and lay counsellors.
- Conduct training and evaluations in the Telemedicine Job.
- Prepare monthly reports and address conflict resolutions.
- Liaise with the apex institute and government for effective service delivery.
Eligibility Criteria for the Telemedicine Job:
- Essential: A postgraduate qualification in Psychiatry (MD or equivalent).
- Experience: Three years in a recognized institution in Psychiatry after obtaining the qualifying degree.
- Desirable: Clinical and/or research experience in Telemedicine and/or Tele-training, experience of working with multidisciplinary research teams, and indexed scientific publications.
