Qualifications
- Background in the healthcare field
- Proven experience supporting patient recruitment for Phase 2/3 clinical trial jobs
- Demonstrated experience in hematology and/or rare diseases, including Myelofibrosis or other rare hematologic malignancies
- Strong understanding of site-based patient identification and recruitment methodologies in India
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills within healthcare environments
- Ability to travel to sites across the country; living near an airport is desirable

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a clinical trial liaison to investigational sites, supporting rapid identification and referral of eligible patients.
- Drive site-level recruitment acceleration strategies, working closely with investigators, study coordinators, and site staff.
- Support patient finding activities through site-based engagement, medical community outreach, and data-driven approaches where applicable.
- Provide education and ongoing communication to sites on eligibility criteria, enrollment processes, and recruitment barriers.
- Identify and proactively address enrollment challenges, escalating risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates and insights to the sponsor and TFS study team.
