Qualifications:
Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience:
- MBBS / BDS with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in clinical research or trial monitoring
OR - Public Health, Healthcare, or related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, GCLP, and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Job Description:
This Research Associate job is offered under the Clinical Development Services Agency (CDSA), a specialised centre of the Translational Health Science and Technology Institute. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical trial sites from initiation to closeout as part of the research associate role
- Conduct on-site and remote monitoring visits
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements
- Verify informed consent processes and subject safety
- Monitor AE/SAE reporting timelines
- Review source documents and CRFs for data accuracy
- Maintain investigational product documentation
- Prepare monitoring visit reports and follow-up actions
- Support regulatory, ethics submissions, and patient recruitment
- Train site staff on protocols, SOPs, and GCP
- Ensure audit and inspection readiness
- Use EDC, CTMS, and eTMF systems
