Job Description:
Create and manage the Clinical Ops project for Acko’s new-age offline center. Work side-by-side with our Senior Clinical Consultant to turn expert guidance into audit-ready clinical documentation and ops assets. This is a clinical builder’s role: research, structure, incorporate expert guidance, publish, and version control. You will be expected to design & manage SOPs that are clinically accurate but created with first principles, keeping consumers at the center. This role is well-suited for candidates exploring non-clinical BDS job options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screening panels & policy docs
Draft cohort-based health-check panels, pre-reqs/contraindications, false-positive/negative notes, and referral thresholds; maintain citations. - Stations & devices
Build vendor-neutral device spec sheets; compile evaluation matrices (performance, dose/quality, throughput, SLAs, uptime, consumables, training, TCO). - Room data inputs
Assemble per-room inputs (footprint, power/clean-dirty/gases, imaging shielding & siting, HVAC/ACH, lighting, infection control, flooring, hand-wash, waste flow); redline layouts for prep/changeover/privacy. - SOPs & emergency protocols
Create SOPs/checklists; write protocols for emergencies; draft service-recovery playbooks. - QA/QC & audit readiness
Compile IQC/EQC calendars, calibration logs, acceptance testing forms; build a mock-audit checklist. - Training assets
Create a competency matrix per role; outlines for induction, scenario drills, refreshers, and assessments.
