Key Responsibilities:
Content & Omnichannel Operations
- Create and review complex scientific content without supervision
- Manage end-to-end omnichannel content creation, localization, validation, publishing, and dissemination
- Maintain therapeutic area, process, and compliance expertise
- Use SEO/SEM, analytics, AI-enabled platforms, and CX insights to enhance content quality
Scientific Review & Compliance
- Review scientific accuracy checks performed by junior writers
- Ensure compliance with MLR standards
- Support Content Powerhouse initiatives
GenAI & Innovation
- Support GenAI-based content ideation and optimization
- Review and refine AI-generated content for quality and SEO
- Integrate keywords relevant to scientific writer job searches without affecting scientific integrity
Brand & Modular Content
- Support brand strategy, messaging, and modular content frameworks
- Assist with claims review, localization, and retro-modularization
People & Stakeholder Collaboration
