Qualifications & Skills

Job Description
This healthcare job involves representing the Clinical Education Facilitator team in the country and providing clinical support to customers to ensure confident and safe use of the Galderma Aesthetic Portfolio. The role includes responsibility for country-level strategy and execution of Customer Education and Training activities. All activities are conducted in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with Galderma’s code of ethics and local and international regulatory standards for medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetic products. This position is among the most specialized jobs in Mumbai within aesthetic healthcare education.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an expert on the aesthetic and clinical uses of Botulinum toxin, Biostimulators, and Hyaluronic acid products
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge through continuous review of own and competitor product information
- Understand customer needs and formulate an educational journey plan for each customer
- Develop educational journey plans for target key accounts and align with the Clinical Education Training Lead
- Work with Clinical Education Training Leads to identify clinical needs and provide facilitation support
- Ensure alignment between Global Customer Education & Training teams and local affiliates
- Drive adherence to Global and Local Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance requirements
- Plan, execute, and follow up on countrywide training events
- Manage training plans across the country based on segmentation and targeting
- Create agendas, select speakers, provide briefings, and offer onsite support
- Track outcomes and leverage best practices across the region
- Support product launches in coordination with local affiliates and global teams
- Assimilate new job-related information in a timely manner
- Demonstrate openness to feedback from internal and external stakeholders
