Key Responsibilities:
Policies, Processes & Procedures
- Follow occupational health policies and standard procedures
- Implement safety, infection control, and emergency protocols
- Contribute to continuous improvement in medical services
Medical Operational Activities
- Manage occupational health centre activities
- Conduct routine medical monitoring and health check-ups
- Provide emergency and routine treatment to employees
- Maintain medical supplies and healthcare facilities
- Conduct awareness programs on occupational health and lifestyle diseases
Compliance, Audit & MIS
- Support health audits, legal compliance, and investigations
- Maintain employee health records and medical databases
- Conduct hygiene and occupational health surveys
- Assist in medical research and clinical programs
Educational Requirements for this Job:
- MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery)
- Postgraduate degree/diploma preferred
- Occupational Health certifications (AFIH / CIH / DIH) preferred
Skills Required:
- Clinical diagnosis and patient care expertise
