Job Description:
The Field Medical Officer will oversee and manage the on-site medical center, ensuring it is equipped and staffed to handle emergencies and routine health issues effectively. The role involves developing health and wellness programs, conducting regular health check-ups, and providing immediate medical care in case of workplace injuries. Collaboration with the Site HR Head to design health awareness campaigns is also essential, along with ensuring compliance with safety protocols and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities of the MBBS Doctor Jobs:
- Oversee and manage the on-site medical center, ensuring it is equipped and staffed to handle emergencies and routine health issues effectively.
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs aimed at improving employee well-being and reducing absenteeism.
- Conduct regular health check-ups and maintain accurate medical records for all employees and contractors.
- Provide immediate medical care and first aid in case of workplace injuries or emergencies, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the Site HR Head to design and execute health awareness campaigns, focusing on occupational health risks specific to thermal power plant operations.
- Ensure the medical center complies with all internal standards and aligns with Adani Power’s focus on operational excellence and sustainability.

Eligibility Criteria for the MBBS Doctor Jobs:
