Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Bengaluru GCM Global Medical Information capability across Global Medical Information Content Factory Integration Leads and Global Medical Information Service Delivery Leads.
- Ensure high quality and consistent GCM Medical Information service delivery, overseeing content production and supporting risk management activities.
- Manage prioritization, capacity, and service expectations in collaboration with the Global Medical Information teams.
- Establish clear operating rhythms, handoffs, and decision boundaries with Global Medical Information.
Eligibility Criteria for this Medical Affairs Job:
- More than 9-12 years of related experience; over 7 years in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- More than 7 years in Medical Information, inquiry operations, or healthcare contact-center services.
- Experience leading teams or senior individual contributors preferred.
Required Skills for this Medical Affairs Job:
- Strong knowledge of Medical Information workflows, content lifecycles, and contact-center operations.
- Understanding of adverse-event, product-quality, and complex-inquiry escalation requirements.
- Experience with audit readiness, operational performance, and Medical Info platforms.
