Dentistry Jobs in Hyderabad- Role:
The Clinical Support Specialist will ensure successful onboarding and continuous clinical assistance for orthodontic customers. This includes training doctors on internal systems, facilitating Spark case design reviews, providing technical and clinical guidance, and collaborating closely with the sales and digital support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinical onboarding process for new orthodontic customers.
- Conduct training sessions for doctors on Spark systems, protocols, and digital workflows.
- Facilitate case reviews and technical discussions during the onboarding phase.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical and software-related support.
- Provide remote technical assistance for products in the digital orthodontic portfolio.
- Collaborate with Digital Sales Specialists and field teams to ensure consistent customer support.
- Participate in industry events and workshops to provide on-site clinical assistance.
- Maintain proactive communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (BDS) or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in the orthodontic industry, preferably in sales, training, or clinical support.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and deliver on technical and clinical requirements.
- Proficient in IT tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows OS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a matrixed environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
