Medical Job Description
The Medical Contact Center Associate II (French Speaker) is responsible for handling medical information queries, product quality complaints, and general inquiries through telephone, email, and fax. This medical job requires receiving, documenting, and reporting Adverse Drug Reactions according to internal SOPs and regulatory deadlines. The role involves drug safety data management, including call intake, peer review, case follow-up, and quality checks. Qualifications (Minimum Required):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Medical Science, or related area + 2 to 3 years of safety experience.
Medical Job – Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to medical information queries (In French) / product quality complaints / general queries via telephone, email, fax, etc.
- Record and report Adverse Drug Reactions in compliance with regulations and internal WI/SOPs.
- Manage drug safety data – including call intake, dialogue documentation, peer review, and case follow-up.
- Support assigned activities such as tracking information, QC of process steps, training, and data reconciliation.
- Create and update training materials based on procedural and regulatory updates.
- Conduct training and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Ensure the quality of processed data.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
