Qualifications

Scientific & Medical Expertise
- Lead Pharmacovigilance and Risk Management Planning with strategic insight.
- Direct the safety components of global regulatory submissions.
- Perform scientific literature reviews, clinical data interpretation, and robust analysis.
- Apply strong decision-making and creative problem-solving based on complete contextual understanding.
- Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Identify collaborative solutions across stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead safety governance strategy for clinical and post-marketing phases.
- Proactively identify, address, and escalate product safety issues.
- Represent GSK on Clinical Matrix Teams and Project Teams.
- Guide cross-functional ad hoc teams on urgent safety questions.
- Contribute to efficiency, regulatory adherence, and process improvements.
- Support the development of updated SOPs and PV documentation.
- Communicate safety matters to governing bodies (GSB, CHSLC, QPPV).
- Mentor and coach teams within a matrix structure.
