This Medical Communications job focuses on the reuse and creation of medical content documents across multiple formats required for effective medical communication. The role involves reviewing and editing medical deliverables in compliance with internal SOPs and external guidelines. Medical Communications Job – Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the reuse/creation of medical content documents across various formats required for medical communication across channels
- Review and edit medical content deliverables as required in accordance with relevant internal SOPs and external guidelines, including references, and verify anti-plagiarism
- Ensure clear, factual, and effective presentation of analyses and associated discussions in assigned documents
- Adapt writing and editorial style to different types of clients and audiences, from specialists, allied healthcare professionals, and consumer audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and external agencies to maintain accuracy and quality of information
- Assist in coordinating the activities of team members to ensure the quality and accuracy of contributions
- Deliver assigned documents on or before deadlines, proactively communicating delays or information gaps
- Prioritize and multitask to enhance productivity within the team
- Under the line manager’s supervision, communicate project progress to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Conduct quality control assessments of assigned deliverables
