Medical Affairs Job – Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBBS, MD, PhD, or equivalent qualifications).
- 2+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or as an MSL in oncology.
- Strong knowledge of oncology, hematolog,y and biomarkers.

The position acts as a scientific ambassador for the oncology portfolio, bridging cutting-edge research with clinical data gaps. The role involves engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), delivering non-promotional scientific exchange, and supporting medical strategy execution across oncology therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities
Scientific Exchange & KOL Engagement
- Identify, develop, and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals within oncology.
- Deliver balanced, evidence-based scientific information related to oncology products and disease areas.
- Facilitate advisory boards, CMEs, and scientific roundtables within medical affairs.
Medical Strategy & Insight Generation
- Implement country-level medical affairs plans aligned with global strategy.
- Gather and synthesize actionable insights from the field to inform clinical development and lifecycle management.
- Support real-world evidence generation relevant to oncology therapies.
Launch & Education Support
- Drive scientific support for new product launches in oncology.
- Train internal teams on disease state education and product science.
- Develop educational content for healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders as part of this medical affairs job.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Market Access, and Commercial teams.
