Job Description:
Manipal Hospitals is seeking a Junior Consultant – Cardiac Anaesthetist in Bengaluru to provide perioperative anaesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac and related procedures. The selected professional will participate in pre-operative assessment, intra-operative monitoring, anaesthesia management, and post-operative care while working alongside cardiac surgeons, cardiologists, intensivists, and other healthcare professionals.
The role also involves participation in cardiac OT schedules, management of emergency cardiac anaesthesia cases, adherence to clinical protocols, medical documentation, and quality-improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing perioperative cardiac anaesthesia care.
- Conducting pre-operative patient evaluations.
- Supporting safe anaesthesia planning for cardiac procedures.
- Providing intra-operative anaesthesia management.
- Monitoring patients throughout cardiac surgical procedures.
- Supporting post-operative patient management.
- Participating in cardiac OT schedules.
- Managing emergency cardiac anaesthesia cases.
