Minimum 1+ years of experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research within pharmaceuticals, CRO consultancy, or academia

Job Description:
This associate job at Sanofi focuses on supporting evidence synthesis and HEOR activities for global and local markets. The junior associate will assist in generating robust clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence to support Sanofi programs and products across different lifecycle stages.
Key Responsibilities:
Evidence Generation & Performance
- Assist at different levels in the execution of assigned Evidence Synthesis projects, including screening, search strategy development, data extraction, and full-text downloading
- Support research plans for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch evidence for investigational and marketed drugs
- Contribute to burden of illness studies, epidemiology, literature reviews, meta-analysis, observational studies, economic evaluations, and patient-reported outcomes
- Support the execution and management of approved HEVA/Medical studies when required
People & Collaboration
- Support the internal Sanofi Global Hub team in the effective delivery of evidence generation projects
- Assist HEVA and Medical teams in collaborations with RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, External Affairs, and Market Access teams
Process & Compliance
- Assist in the development of HEVA/Medical strategic evidence materials
- Support creation of standardized processes, templates, and portfolio deliverables aligned with scientific and value messages
- Maintain adherence to evidence generation guidelines and standards
