Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
- Working knowledge or certification in EPIC, Cerner, FACETS, QNXT, Health Edge, Allscripts, eClinicalWorks
- Experience across healthcare domains such as health insurance, hospitals, PBM, pharma, and care management
- Understanding of Medicare, TPA, claims adjudication, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, HIPAA, and compliance standards
- Knowledge of HIS/EMR systems, HL7, SNOMED, clinical and financial modules
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare transformation, or business strategy roles
- Prior experience in a consulting-driven environment is preferred

- Perform current-state and future-state gap analysis (functional and technical)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-level executives and healthcare leadership teams
- Contribute to large-scale healthcare deals, pricing models, and solution lifecycle planning
