Job Description:
As a Clinical Associate in Gynaecology & Obstetrics at Kokilaben Hospital, you will play a crucial role in patient care, surgery assistance, and medical education. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing routine and emergency medical care in collaboration with specialists.
- Adhering to clinical safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.
- Attending to patients when required and ensuring effective communication with staff and visitors.
- Participating in postgraduate teaching programs and bedside training.
- Assisting consultants in the operation theatre, surgeries, and deliveries under supervision.
- Identifying complex surgical issues and taking appropriate action during emergencies with consultant approval.
- Supervising postgraduate students and ensuring quality patient care.
- Overseeing the daily management of patients alongside RMOs and consultants.
- Documenting treatment sheets accurately with proper dates, names, and signatures.
- Accompanying consultants on rounds and providing follow-up care as needed.
- Following an on-call duty rota as per department requirements.
- Actively participating in the Quality Improvement Initiatives of the organization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBBS, DNB/MD (Gynaecology & Obstetrics)
- 0 – 5 years of experience in a clinical setting
