Job Description:
The candidate will work with assigned accounts and teams within Align Technology (India), including direction, motivation, and development of clinical plans, targets, and strategies while removing obstacles to success. Clinical responsibilities include assisting dental professionals in case assessment, record taking, ClinCheck usage, troubleshooting problems and aligner issues, reviewing the first 5 ClinChecks of newly trained doctors, reviewing ClinChecks for customers needing assistance, transferring complex cases to clinical consultants, preparing clinical materials, and communicating on various clinical support issues. The role also includes providing clinical training to new staff and continuous education to sales and marketing teams, especially during new product launches.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
- 2+ years of working experience in a corporate environment
- Experience in training dentists/orthodontists
- Proficient in English
- Effective communication and presentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Results:
- Achievement of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Clinical Plans and sales targets
- Partnering with the sales team for intensive clinical customer visits
- Working with assigned accounts and team members within Align Technology (India)
- Assisting dental professionals with case assessment and record taking
- Supporting ClinCheck usage and troubleshooting aligner issues
- Reviewing ClinChecks of newly trained doctors
- Preparing and sending clinical materials to dental professionals
- Providing weekly and monthly reports to the Clinical Support Manager, India
- Developing a high-performance team in India
Drive the Best Outcomes:
- Provide product and clinical training to assigned accounts
- Field coaching to India team members, distributors, and external customers
- Build strong ethical business relationships to increase product usage and market share
- Maintain professional dress code and attitude
- Monitor competitor activities and update India Marketing Manager
- Coordinate clinical-related sales and marketing programs like mentorship programs and smile programs
- Maintain quality updates, records, and customer product feedback
- Open to travelling
Lock in Key Relationships:
- Engage certified doctors to develop new Invisalign cases
- Engage non-certified doctors and establish potential as Invisalign providers
- Manage clinical events and speaker management
- Plan and arrange clinical events suitable for the market
- Coordinate educational pathways
- Engage speakers with pre-event preparation and post-event follow-up
- Report event feedback to India team
